SeekiNF(Search Engine to Extract Knowledge from Industry Filings) is a cloud-based technology that provides searchable interface within different levels of resolutions in SEC filings. SeekiNF allows users to search for financial and non-financial information based on user specified search strings from the various SEC filings and PCAOB Inspection Reports from 1994-2023 with daily updates. It has around 20 million SEC filings and 37 million documents in its database spread over 30 years. Four Dimensions of SeekiNF

1. Search: Search for specific issues/concerns in SEC Filings and PCAOB Inspection Reports in seconds (e.g., which companies are involved in litigation, patent infringement, wrongful termination, or mentioning "we may never be profitable" in their annual report, etc.)
2. Obtain: Obtain information/data not available from any source. Examples: executives bios and compensation, business address, fiscal year end, Tax ID, State of Incorporation, audit committee members, unique balance sheet items, etc.
3. Perform: Perform textual analyses of all 37 million documents in no time with built-in features (e.g., Word counter, Sentence counter, Proximity Counter with order, Word distribution for multiple years, six readability indices, Seven Risk Sentiment Metrics (RS): Feng Li RS, Financial Risk, Litigation Risk, Tax Risk, Systematic Risk, Idiosyncratic Risk, and Overall Risk), and Cosine and Vector Similarity Metrics (Vector Similarity Metric is a superior measure of similarity for documents as demonstrated by Dr. R.
